Two managing directors, one shared responsibility
Why Falke Systems exists
Robin Michalke and Brian Forell bring together well over a decade of combined IT experience from different companies, ranging from the technical support of individual sites to leading entire IT departments. They met during their last shared employment as IT managers.
There, they experienced first-hand how classic IT system houses often operate: reactive rather than forward-looking, with support billed by effort rather than by outcome. That experience led to the decision to do it better and to found a company of their own, one that treats IT as a reliable foundation rather than a series of individual incidents.
That is why Falke Systems works on a flat-rate model: a fixed monthly price instead of billing by the hour or by call-out. The reasoning is simple. We are glad when our customers' IT runs smoothly, not when they call us because that lets us send an invoice. Only when our interests and our customers' interests point in the same direction does IT support work in the long run.
